This depth of experience has provided Joel with a well-rounded appreciation of all sides of litigation and disputes, their unique perspectives and their requirements.
Whilst Joel settles the majority of his cases, he is a strong litigator who has practised in an array of jurisdictions including in the ACT, Queensland, Victoria and the Federal Courts.
In NSW Joel has acted for clients in the Local, District and Supreme Court of New South Wales, the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT).
Joel believes in providing timely, practical and commercial advice to his clients that is firmly grounded in the relevant law. He also accepts as true the old adage that; ‘you are only as good as your last case’. Joel has also completed a Masters of International Law with Honours enabling him to provide legal advice to foreign corporations.
